Brenda
Holistic Sex & Intimacy Coach
As a Mexican-born woman raised in Southern California, I understand what it means to live between cultures, identities, and worlds.
My work is deeply informed by my background in sex therapy, trauma-informed care, somatic practices, and years spent supporting people navigating intimacy, sexuality, relationships, grief, identity, and emotional healing.
I identify as kinky, polyamorous, and pansexual, and I intentionally create spaces where people can explore intimacy, embodiment, and relational truth without moral judgment or pressure to conform.
I believe healing happens through relationship: with the body, with emotion, with community, with pleasure, and with the living world around us.
Akin Bardó
Sound Engineer & Massage Therapist
Akin is a Mexican sound practitioner, bodyworker, audio engineer, and musician with more than 20 years of experience exploring the relationship between sound, presence, and healing.
Drawing from decades of experience in music, audio production, and hands-on bodywork, he creates immersive experiences that invite people to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and access deeper states of rest, awareness, and restoration. Through massage, sound journeys, and vibrational practices, he supports clients in releasing tension, regulating the nervous system, and cultivating a deeper relationship with themselves and the world around them.
Rooted in the belief that healing emerges when we create space to listen—to the body, to sound, and to life itself—his work offers a grounded and restorative path back to connection, balance, and wellbeing.

All coaching offerings are trauma-informed and focus on practices that increase awareness of stress responses and restore balance to increase capacity for social connection and pleasure. Coaching offerings help people cultivate presence and attention through mindfulness, intention setting, and visualization. Expression is increased through identifying emotions and needs, breathwork, vocalization, touch, and movement. Pleasure and erotic energy are born through accessing safety and reconnection with self, partners, and appreciation for life and it’s great mysteries.
